# Meeting List View

The **Meeting List View Page** provides event organisers with a centralised interface to manage and track all meeting activities efficiently. From this page, users can quickly create new meetings, cancel, edit or delete existing ones, and use filtering options to easily locate specific meetings. A dedicated stats panel offers at-a-glance insights into total upcoming meetings, pending requests, and completed sessions, ensuring users maintain full visibility and control over their scheduling workflow.

To access the **Meeting List**, first navigate to your event app on the **CMS**. Then within the app, select **Features** from the left navigation menu. In the secondary menu, select **Meeting Booking**, and in the drop down select Meeting List.

On this page, you can easily create new meetings on an attendee's behalf by navigating to the top right **Create New Meeting** button. On this page you can:

- Set the subject of the meeting.
- Add an invitation message.
- Set the meeting type - Delegate to Delegate or Delegate to Exhibitor.
- Set the organiser and add participants.
- Set the time, date and duration.
- Choose the location - Physical, Virtual or Exhibitor Location.

When scheduling a meeting, delegate availability will be taken into account. If any conflicts arise, you'll be notified and given access to view the calendars of the participants involved.

Once happy with your configurations, select **Save Changes** in the bottom right of the screen. Your new meeting request will be sent to the participants, and will display in the meetings list table.

On the Meeting List table, you can **Edit** your meetings by selecting the pencil icon. This will open a view of the meeting details which can be updated, and it will also allow you to view **Delegate Responses**. On the delegate responses tab, you can view existing responses. By clicking on the pencil icon, you can update their response to Accepted, Tentative or Declined, giving you full control over your event.
