Setting Up Lead Capture in the CC Dashboard
Step 1: Verify Companies and Reps in Libraries
Within the Libraries area, ensure you already have your companies created in the system, along with assigned representatives for those companies.
Step 2: Navigate to Lead Capture Companies
Go to the Onsite section and open the Lead Capture > Companies area to view the list of companies that were created under Libraries.
Step 3: Review and Add Company Representatives
Select the relevant company (for example, CrowdComms) to view its existing representatives. From here, you can add a new representative by entering their first name, last name, email address, and optionally marking them as an admin for that company.
Step 4: Manage Representative Access to the Lead Capture App
Once representatives appear in the list, locate the desired profile (e.g., your own) and manage their access. You can send an invite email so they can log in to the lead capture app, or generate a login link directly and share it with them. Pasting this link into a browser will take them straight into the lead capture app, as it would from the invite email.
Step 5: View and Export Lead Capture Scans
From the Lead Capture Scans area, review all scans from all companies. Use the company filter to narrow down results to a specific company, and as an admin, export all leads from this view when needed.
Step 6: Configure Revenue Qualifying Questions and Currency
Under Lead Capture Settings, set up revenue-qualifying questions and select the appropriate currency. You can configure these questions as optional, disabled, or mandatory. This configuration helps you track and demonstrate a proven return on investment from your leads.
Step 7: Brand the Lead Capture App and Control Export Permissions
In the same settings area, configure branding for the lead capture app by uploading an icon or logo and a background image. Also decide whether exports are enabled or disabled, giving you admin control over whether companies can export their own leads.
Step 8: Set Standard Qualifying Questions
Under the Qualifying Questions section at the top, define standard qualifying questions. These questions will appear for companies when they first access the lead capture app, ensuring consistent data collection across all exhibitors.
