### Step 1: Open Meeting Booking Settings

Navigate to the Event app and open the Meeting Booking configuration:

1. Go to the Event app.
2. Open the dropdown for **Meeting Booking**.
3. Click **Meeting Settings**.
4. Scroll towards the bottom of the page to locate the **Meeting Feedback** prompt section.

Here you will see the new **Meeting Feedback** module and its configuration options.

### Step 2: Choose the Feedback Prompt Behavior

Configure how the feedback prompt behaves for your users:In the Meeting Feedback section, set the **Feedback Behavior**:

- **Off** (default): Feedback is disabled and no prompts are shown to any users.

![2-Oct-15-2026-08-28-24-4937-AM](https://knowledgehub.crowdcomms.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2-Oct-15-2026-08-28-24-4937-AM.jpeg?width=670&height=350&name=2-Oct-15-2026-08-28-24-4937-AM.jpeg)

- **Optional**: Users will see the feedback prompt but can dismiss it if they do not wish to submit feedback.

![3-Oct-15-2026-08-28-52-2901-AM](https://knowledgehub.crowdcomms.com/hs-fs/hubfs/3-Oct-15-2026-08-28-52-2901-AM.jpeg?width=670&height=350&name=3-Oct-15-2026-08-28-52-2901-AM.jpeg)

- **Mandatory**: Users must submit feedback before they can continue using the platform. The prompt cannot be dismissed without providing feedback.

![4-Oct-15-2026-08-29-00-2701-AM](https://knowledgehub.crowdcomms.com/hs-fs/hubfs/4-Oct-15-2026-08-29-00-2701-AM.jpeg?width=670&height=350&name=4-Oct-15-2026-08-29-00-2701-AM.jpeg)

This feedback module allows users to rate any meetings they have held, whether virtual or in-person. After each meeting ends, a pop-up dialog will appear with a 1–5 star rating so users can indicate how well the meeting went for them.

### Step 3: Configure Prompt Expiry

Set how long the feedback prompt remains active after a meeting:

1. In the **Prompt Expiry** section, choose whether the feedback prompt:
     - Stays active indefinitely, or
     - Is active only for a specified number of hours after the meeting ends.
   ![5-Oct-15-2026-08-29-08-5743-AM](https://knowledgehub.crowdcomms.com/hs-fs/hubfs/5-Oct-15-2026-08-29-08-5743-AM.jpeg?width=670&height=350&name=5-Oct-15-2026-08-29-08-5743-AM.jpeg)
2. Use the slider to set the duration between **1 hour** and **24 hours**.![7-Oct-15-2026-08-31-23-1397-AM](https://knowledgehub.crowdcomms.com/hs-fs/hubfs/7-Oct-15-2026-08-31-23-1397-AM.jpeg?width=670&height=350&name=7-Oct-15-2026-08-31-23-1397-AM.jpeg)

If the feedback behaviour is set to **Optional**, this expiry setting controls how long users can continue to see the feedback form until it disappears for good.

For example, the meeting feedback can be configured to last only 1 hour after the meeting, or up to 24 hours after the meeting has finished.

### Step 4: Save Your Meeting Feedback Settings

After configuring the behaviour and expiry:

1. Review your selections for **Feedback Behaviour** and **Prompt Expiry**.
2. Click **Save** to apply and store your changes.

### Step 5: Understand the Feedback Dialog After a Meeting

On the front end, once a meeting is completed, users will see a feedback dialog:

- The dialog shows:
    - Meeting title
    - Date and time of the meeting
    - Meeting location
- If the user is the **meeting host**, they will see an additional field to confirm which attendees were actually present.

As the host, you can select who attended the meeting:

- Tick **All** if all invited attendees were present, or
- Select individual attendees.

### Step 6: Provide a Star Rating and Manage Optional Prompts

All users will see the star rating section in the feedback dialog:

- Select a rating from **1** to **5** stars, depending on how well the meeting went.

![10-Oct-15-2026-08-32-04-3856-AM](https://knowledgehub.crowdcomms.com/hs-fs/hubfs/10-Oct-15-2026-08-32-04-3856-AM.jpeg?width=670&height=350&name=10-Oct-15-2026-08-32-04-3856-AM.jpeg)

If the feedback behaviour is set to **Optional**, users can:

- Submit their star rating and any additional information, or
- Dismiss the feedback prompt without submitting.

![11-Oct-15-2026-08-32-12-0886-AM](https://knowledgehub.crowdcomms.com/hs-fs/hubfs/11-Oct-15-2026-08-32-12-0886-AM.jpeg?width=670&height=350&name=11-Oct-15-2026-08-32-12-0886-AM.jpeg)

If they dismiss the prompt, they can still provide feedback later from their meetings list.

### Step 7: Submit or Update Feedback from the Meetings List

Users can review and submit or update feedback from their meetings list:

1. Navigate to your **Meetings List** on the front end.
2. Open the relevant meeting.
3. At the bottom of the meeting details, you will see the same feedback options as in the dialog:
     1. Confirm who actually attended (for hosts).
     2. Provide or adjust the star rating, such as selecting a **five-star** rating for the meeting.

![14-Oct-15-2026-08-33-12-7084-AM](https://knowledgehub.crowdcomms.com/hs-fs/hubfs/14-Oct-15-2026-08-33-12-7084-AM.jpeg?width=670&height=350&name=14-Oct-15-2026-08-33-12-7084-AM.jpeg)

This ensures hosts and attendees can always record accurate attendance and quality feedback for their meetings, even if they dismiss the initial prompt.
